Sali, your AI assistant
Sali checks your projects and explains what's wrong for free. Sali Pro reads your code and logs to find the cause, at a price you agree to first.

Sali is Tanzahost's AI assistant. Ask it why something is slow, broken or costs more than you expected: it looks at your projects with your own permissions and explains what it finds, in plain words. Sali is free. When finding the cause needs a deep look at your code, Sali Pro does it, and you agree to its price before it starts.
Ask Sali
Choose Ask Sali on any page of the dashboard and type your question, like Why is duka slow today? Sali knows which project and app you're looking at.
Under each answer, What I checked lists what it looked at: your wallet, your app's numbers over the last hours, its logs, your domain's records asked just now. You can check its work.
Sali reads what you can read on your own screens, and nothing more. When you ask it to fix something, it can do the work for you, but only after you say yes (see below).
Let Sali do it
When Sali finds the fix, it shows a card with exactly what it will do, in plain words: Add the PHP extension intl* to web and deploy again. Your site keeps running on the current version until the new one is ready.* Nothing happens until you choose:
Allow once: Sali does it now, as you, with your own permissions.
Always allow in duka: for small, safe things (restarting an app, clearing its cache, a backup now, checking a domain) and for deploying again, going back to an earlier version and sleep, Sali won't ask again in that project. You see and remove these in the project's Settings → Sali. They end if your role in the team changes.
Not now: nothing happens.
Some things are asked every time, whatever you allowed before: anything that edits DNS, variables or settings; anything that costs money, with the price on the button (it says Pay and the amount) from our price list; and anything that can't be undone, like running migrations, where you type the app's name to confirm. When a variable needs a value, like a password, you type it in the card: Sali never sees it.
A fix can take a few steps, at most four, in one card: add the extension, deploy, then run the migrations. A step that costs money or can't be undone stops and asks again.
Undo stays on the card for 24 hours, and on the activity line: it puts the settings, variables, DNS records or version back as they were, unless something changed them since. Everything Sali does is in your activity as Asha (with Sali) restarted web.
Sali can do only what you could do yourself in the dashboard: a Viewer gets no card, and Sali never deletes projects, apps, databases, mailboxes or domains, closes an account, changes your team or log-in security, or touches cards and payments. On WhatsApp, Sali only does what you always allowed; for anything else it sends a link to the card in the dashboard. Sali's actions are free.
Answers from our pages
For how something works, what it costs and our rules, Sali reads every page we publish: these docs, the guides, the help center, the technology pages, the comparisons, the moving guides, the changelog, the blog, the pricing page and the legal pages, with today's prices. Each answer links the page it came from, like Your wallet, card and top-ups, so you can read it whole. When our pages don't say, Sali says so instead of guessing, and we use your question to write the missing page.
"Why is my site down?"
This question gets fixed checks, not guesses. In order, Sali checks your account and wallet, a problem in your location, your apps (stopped, crashing, out of memory, a failed deploy, asleep), your domains and certificates, and errors in your logs in the last hour. It stops at the first real cause and tells you the fix.
Notes before you ask
Sali also watches your live projects and leaves a note when it spots a problem early: an app crashing over and over, a table missing because migrations didn't run, a certificate that hasn't come, a domain about to end, slow database queries, or a wallet with less than 3 days left.
What Sali won't do
Money: refunds, credits and discounts are decided by a person on our team. Sali passes your question to them with a summary.
Other people's accounts: Sali sees only your account. It never suspends, closes or deletes anything.
Guess: when its checks find nothing, it says so and offers a person.
Talk to a person is always there. Sali hands over by itself when you ask for a person, when you're unhappy, or when money is involved. The person sees Sali's summary, so you don't repeat yourself.
Sali Pro: deep debugging
When the cause is in your code, Sali says so and offers Find the cause with Sali Pro (paid). You can also open Deep debugging from a project's page.
Choose the app, or the whole project, and say what's wrong: Checkout shows an error since this morning's deployment.
Read the price: an amount per 1M tokens read and per 1M tokens written. Tokens are small pieces of words: 1M tokens is about 750,000 words of code, logs and answers.
Read the estimate. A task usually costs a range, from a short task to a long one. The high end is the suggested Task limit, and you can change it.
Tick that you agree to the prices up to the limit, and choose Start.
Sali Pro reads your app's live code, its builds, logs, numbers and variables' names, in that project only. You watch the cost as it works, and Stop ends it at once. Each answer is taken from your wallet the moment it finishes, at its real tokens, and the task never passes its limit, your wallet's balance or your spending cap.
When it's done, you get a receipt: what you asked, what Sali Pro looked at, what it found, the tokens and the exact cost. Sali Pro only reads: it never changes your code, and you make the fix.
Only the account's owners start paid work, and developers the owners allow in the project's settings.
Your data
Secrets are hidden first. Before anything is sent to the AI, every variable's value, every database password, and anything shaped like a key or token is replaced, in your own messages too. Sali Pro never reads
.envfiles, keys, certificates or database dumps.Only what's needed is sent: Sali's instructions, your message, the conversation's last 20 messages and what its checks found.
Conversations are kept for 365 days, already cleaned, then deleted.
Turn it off per project: in a project's settings, you can stop Sali looking at that project.
