How do I top up my wallet?
Add money to your Tanzahost wallet by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in US dollars. It's used before your saved card pays.
Updated 26 Oct 20262 min read
Open Wallet in the top bar, choose Top up, pick an amount, and choose Pay. A secure card page opens, where you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
You don't have to top up: your saved card pays for what you use, when you reach your line and at the end of each month. A top-up is credit that's used first. See Your wallet, card and top-ups.
Top up once
Open Wallet in the top bar.
Choose Top up.
Under Amount, pick one, or choose Other amount and type yours.
Check the Summary: You pay, and Your balance becomes.
Choose Pay. On the card page, type your card, or use Apple Pay or Google Pay.
If your bank asks, confirm the payment in its app or with a code. The page updates by itself.
The money is in your wallet as soon as the bank says yes, and the receipt comes by email. If you have no card saved yet, the card you pay with is kept to pay your bill from then on. If the page says Topping up isn't set up yet, card payments aren't switched on yet; your wallet and its charges still work.
How you can pay
| Way to pay | What works |
|---|---|
| Cards | Visa, Mastercard or American Express |
| Phone wallets | Apple Pay or Google Pay, on phones and browsers that have them |
| Currency | US dollars, from a card from any country |
We never see your card number: you type it only on the card page.
Change the card that pays
To pay your bill with a different card, tick Pay my bill with this card from now on when you top up with it, or remove your card under Your card and save the new one.
